It was designed and produced by the Czech company CKD and used by the German army after they occupied Czechoslovakia in 1938. The tank had a crew of four and was armed with a 37mm cannon and two machine guns. It had a top speed of 42 km/h and a range of 250 km. The Panzer 38t was highly maneuverable and was used in a variety of roles, including reconnaissance and infantry support.
